INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
(Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679)

Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, Salf S.r.l. informs that the personal data collected, in reference to the established contractual relationships, will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned regulation. In relation to these treatments, Salf S.r.l. provides the following information:

TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

The personal data collected, with your free and express consent, are exclusively related to:

- Identification data (for example: name, surname, phone, fax, email, etc.)
- Fiscal data (if required by law – for example tax code, VAT number, etc.)

DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR

The data controller of personal data is Salf S.r.l. located in San Giovanni Lupatoto (VR) at Via Monte Altissimo 9. The role of Data Processor has been assigned to Girlanda Claudio, whom the data subject can contact at any time at the phone number 045/545186, fax 045/8776784, or email: ufficiotecnico.salf@gmail.com or salf@legalmail.it for exercising the rights listed in this information notice.

PURPOSES AND METHODS OF PROCESSING

The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:

- Compliance with legal obligations related to the contractual relationship;
- Organizational management of the contractual relationship;

Personal data will be processed in paper, computerized, and telematic form and entered into the relevant databases, which can be accessed exclusively by the controller and its appointed staff. Regarding the data processed electronically, it is emphasized that all appropriate security measures have been adopted to protect the rights, freedoms, and legitimate interests of the data subject as per Art. 22, para. 3 of the EU Regulation 2016/679.

POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS OF DATA

In relation to the purposes indicated in points 1 and 2 of the previous paragraph, data may be communicated to the following subjects or categories of subjects:

- Recognized accounting and/or labor consulting firms, relating to the profession of assisting companies when the communication is required by law or is in the interest of the subject (individual or legal entity);
- Other recognized firms or professionals relating to the profession of assisting companies when the communication is required by law, regularly appointed for such processing in full compliance with the minimum measures in force, or when the communication is in the interest of the subject (individual or legal entity);
- Entities such as INPS, INAIL.

Additionally, the controller informs that it does not transfer clients' personal data to a non-EU third country or to a non-EU international organization.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

At the end of the service provision, personal data will be retained exclusively for historical or statistical purposes, in compliance with the law, regulations, community norms, and codes of ethics and good conduct signed pursuant to Article 40 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, for a period as per current regulations (usually 10 years), or, if not subject to any law, for a period not exceeding five years. Beyond this period, personal data will be kept in anonymous form or will be destroyed.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

In relation to the aforementioned processing, the data subject has the right to request access to their personal data and the rectification or erasure of the same, or the restriction of processing concerning them, or to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT

If the processing is based on consent, the controller informs the data subject that they have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

The controller informs the data subject that they have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

The provision of data and their processing are mandatory concerning the management of contractual aspects related to compliance with fiscal obligations; consequently, any refusal to provide data for such purposes may result in the inability of the data controller to proceed with the professional relationships and legal obligations. The provision of data and their processing are to be considered optional in other cases, without any consequences.

EXISTENCE OF AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

The controller informs the data subject that there is no automated decision-making process on this site, and in particular, there is no profiling system.
